Selantic is a group of privately owned Norwegian companies with head office in Bergen. It was established in 1994 as a consultancy
in Marine Operations. In 2001 Selantic AS acquired Selantic Fibre AS and Selantic Subsea AS, which were both established in
1992. Over the last decade Selantic has diversified into the following product areas:
Selantic AS:
- Offering consultancy on marine operations and synthetic fibre engineering, in addition to serving the function as mother company
for Selantic Fibre AS and Selantic Subsea AS.

Please note that most of the activities of Norsafe Selantic AS and former Selantic Safety AS is taken over by VIKING LIFE-SAVING EQUIPMENT Bergen AS. This company is a distributor and a service station for liferafts and lifesaving equipment and a manufacturer of evacuation
systems for the offshore industry.
